Stephanie would love to hear from you if you are looking for a running coach!

Whether you need a solid plan to make it to the start line of your marathon without an over-training injury, getting that next 5k personal best, or need some professional insight into sharpening your kick for the 1500. Stephanie's has loads of knowledge and experience to pass on with a history as an NCAA middle distance track athlete and marathon mumma.

We are 95% our own coach, putting in the time, dedication, and effort in running is very personal. The remaining 5% can come from any source, tips at a community meetup like Kelowna Running Club, post race chats, your local park run, or tips, tricks and tutorials from your favourite running vlog. Online resources are amazing for general knowledge, but do not provide the personal touch or insights into how to train for YOU. If only 5% of our coaching is external, then we should be selective about exactly what information we consume.

"Take my advice, I'm not using it." Is exactly wrong. Stephanie's coaching started with rebuilding herself as a runner. She came back as a mother of 2 to win the Kelowna marathon after a decade hiatus from an injury running NCAA track & field. It was a years long process of joy and hardship navigating the latest running, diet, and physiotherapy research in a way that dovetailed with family and career. We know there is something deep within ourselves to discover, experience, and share.
